Back by popular demand, the GRAV® Slush Cup has made its triumphant return. The whimsical shape recalls an icy sweet treat, and the Slush Cup will deliver tasty hits. The new and improved 14mm straw is thicker and sturdier than before, allowing for bigger rips and more durability. The straw is also angled to prevent splashback so you can tailor the water level to your preference, though we recommend about 2″ for optimal performance. The reinforced cross-cut downstem diffuses smoke through water for hits smoother and cooler than slush, and it’s fixed in place to prevent damage.

This piece is the perfect size and shape to fit hands, cupholders, and coasters, and it packs a lot of water filtration into a small footprint. The 14mm recessed Dewar-seal joint sits flush with the upper edge of the bubbler, maximizing its internal volume. The Slush Cup comes ready to use with a GRAV® 14mm Cup Bowl so you can enjoy your favorite refreshment immediately.

Following the Consumer Protection Law, it is possible to return completely new products when they have not been used and in their original packaging within 14 days and upon presentation of an invoice. Here are more details:

It is not possible to exchange or return any product when:

Its original packaging (not done through the point of sale) was opened, and the product or its packaging was damaged after the purchase.
Products consumed by drinking, eating, swallowing, dripping, and any other product consumed by entering the digestive system.
Products purchased using a coupon/voucher/spot discount.
For fashion products, a transaction can be canceled up to two days after the completion of the transaction as long as it has not been used at all and the item has the original label attached to it.
The value of the purchased product is less than NIS 50.

You can get a credit voucher for the return of a new product as long as it is in its original packaging, provided that 30 days have not passed from the date of purchase of the product (the value of the credit voucher will be according to the day the product is returned).
When canceling a transaction, 5% or NIS 100 will be deducted from the amount, whichever is lower.
It is impossible to return/exchange products that do not comply with the procedures.
Medications are non-refundable

Please note that the Orta boutique store and website consultation is only general. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the correctness of the various products when using them. Therefore, the compensation for using a faulty product will only be limited to its cost. There is no warranty for improper use of the products. The product warranty is provided by the importers and manufacturers specific to the product and is under their responsibility and final discretion only. Product service will be supplied at the point of sale in the Orta boutique store only.

There is and will not be any compensation or liability, whether explicitly or implicitly, for the results of the product purchased on the website or at the point of sale if it is not used according to the instructions, procedures, and precautions. Any compensation of the buyer or the user and the liability in the event of damage, injury, or loss in using a product purchased on the website or at the point of sale will be limited to its purchase price only.
