GANJA YOGA WITH DINA

Nice to meet you, I'm Dina. I'm 30 years old, living in Herzliya, and a yoga teacher.

I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, have completed courses in teaching Vinyasa yoga and meditation, and I am a certified Ganja Yoga instructor – yoga combined with medicinal herbs 🍃.

I see a clear connection between the worlds of spirituality, wellness, and ganja, and in my opinion, they can enrich and support each other.

My inspiration is to establish the Ganja Yoga practice style in the country, explaining the connection between the fields on historical, scientific, and therapeutic levels.

The practice is suitable for all levels, not intensive (considering blood pressure and physiological changes), encourages relaxation and deep relaxation, allows space to breathe, stretch deeply, and connect to the body. The herb supports mindfulness experiences, muscle relaxation, and the ability to be present. The practice can support the treatment of pain and stress.
