        Following the Consumer Protection Law, it is possible to return completely new products when they have not been used and in their original packaging within 14 days and upon presentation of an invoice. Here are more details:<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Its original packaging (not done through the point of sale) was opened, and the product or its packaging was damaged after the purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Products consumed by drinking, eating, swallowing, dripping, and any other product consumed by entering the digestive system.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Products purchased using a coupon\/voucher\/spot discount.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. For fashion products, a transaction can be canceled up to two days after the completion of the transaction as long as it has not been used at all and the item has the original label attached to it.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. The value of the purchased product is less than NIS 50.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            • You can get a credit voucher for the return of a new product as long as it is in its original packaging, provided that 30 days have not passed from the date of purchase of the product (the value of the credit voucher will be according to the day the product is returned).<\/span><\/li>\n
            • When canceling a transaction, 5% or NIS 100 will be deducted from the amount, whichever is lower.<\/span><\/li>\n
